Crimes Nearby: Assault, Trespassing Among Recent Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

PORT JEFFERSON

Yan Rodriguez, 21, of Coram, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on April 28 and charged with third-degree assault. Police said Rodriguez punched someone in the nose on West Broadway in Port Jefferson, causing bleeding and swelling. The victim was transported to.

Anthony Gugliotti Jr., 51, of Patchogue, was arrested in Port Jefferson Station on April 28 around 7:30 p.m. and charged with trespassing. According to police, Gugliotti entered the station without permission.

On May 2, someone reported a grand larceny at Graceful Rose Restaurant on West Broadway. According to police, audio equipment, including two amplifiers, were allegedly stolen from the restaurant.

SMITHTOWN

Milton Martinez, 19, of Bay Shore, was arrested in May 2 in Smithtown second-degree burglary and possession of marijuana. Reports state Martinez was arrested on Express Drive North with marijuana while seated in a 2012 Honda. No additional information on the burglary is available.

HAUPPAUGE

Keith Bertolini, 43, of  Hauppauge, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance on April 28. Police said Bertolini was on Kenny Drive on Motor Parkway when he was stopped and charged with possession. Bertolini was stopped again the following day and arrested at an Amoco station at 260 Motor Parkway at 10:45 p.m. and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Gregory Belveduto, 23, of Nesconset, was arrested in Smithtown on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary and resisting arrest. Reports state Belveduto was arrested for stealing two gallon gas cans containing gas at Duncan Avenue in Ronkonkoma. Reports also state Belveduto attempted to enter a home through a rear window on St. James Parkway in Nesconset.

KINGS PARK

Lawrence Alfano, 48, of Kings Park, was charged on May 1 with possession of a controlled substance. Police said Alfano was driving a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee when he was stopped and observed on Glenmier Lane and Route 112.

COMMACK

Peaches Allen, 54, of Bay Shore, was arrested in Commack on May 3 and charged with petty larceny. Police said Allen attempted to shoplift a television set from Walmart.
