Crime Report: Teen Arrested for Strangulation
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village between July 29 and Aug. 5.
Jacob Shurtluff, 19, of South Setauket, was arrested Aug. 1 in South Setauket and charged with second-degree strangulation. Police did not release any other details on his arrest.
Julee Sung, 40, of East Setauket, was arrested July 29 in Smithtown and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Sung was arrested for allegedly operating a 1998 Lexus while intoxicated on Elliot Pl., Smithtown at approximately 9:04 p.m.

Candice Oliva, 22, of Old Field was arrested Aug. 4 in Old Field and charged with DWI first offense. Reports state Oliva was stopped in the roadway of Main St. heading in the northbound direction in her 1997 BMW heading at approximately 5:43 a.m.
