Crime Report: Stony Brook Man Found With Stolen Credit Cards

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Felix Rodriguez, 33, of Stony Brook, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony. Police said they found multiple credit and debit cards belonging to another person during a probationary search of Rodriguez's home.

Police are investigating an incident of fourth-degree criminal mischief in which an unknown person broke a window in an unoccupied, boarded-up house on Old Town Rd. in East Setauket, then used a hose from an outside water source to flood the basement. The incident, which was reported by the owner of the home, took place sometime between noon on Sept. 21 and noon on Oct. 5.

A resident of Franco Ln. in Setauket reported a mailbox and post on the property were destroyed sometime between 7 a.m. on Sept. 29 and 7:30 p.m. on Oct. 2.
