Crime Report: Retail Incidents Yield Petty Larceny Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Keri Ann Krasinsky, 34, of East Setauket, was arrested May 21 at 3:25 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Krasinsky allegedly took multiple items from the sales floor.

Catherine Ferro, 24, of Mastic, was arrested May 26 at 12:40 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Ferro took merchandise from the sales floor.

Jeimy Baez, 18, of Mastic Beach, was arrested May 26 at 12:40 p.m. at Walmart in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Baez took merchandise from the sales floor.

Erin Damm, 53, of Coram, was arrested May 22 at 5:35 p.m. at Kohl's in East Setauket and charged with grand larceny. According to police, Damm took clothing and jewelry from the sales floor.

Jennifer O'Leary, 25, of Stony Brook, was arrested May 23 at the Sixth Precinct in Selden and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property. According to police, O'Leary pawned a metal ring that she did not own.

Daniel Abruzzese, 37, of Port Jefferson Station, was arrested May 20 in Setauket and charged with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs. According to police, Abruzzese was found in a parking lot on Route 25A at 6:32 a.m. slumped over in the driver's seat with the car running, and a controlled substance was found in the vehicle.

Cory Aschauer, 28, of East Setauket, was arrested May 25 at 2:07 a.m. in East Setauket and charged with resisting arrest, second-degree harassment, and false impersonation. According to police, Aschauer shoved a police officer and gave a false name at a location on Echo Avenue in Miller Place.

Jacqueline Bracht, 28, of Ronkonkoma, was arrested May 26 at 7:18 p.m. in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. According to police, Bracht drove southbound in the northbound lane of Stony Brook Road and struck a tree.

Samantha Mathew, 20, of East Setauket, was arrested May 23 at 1:15 a.m. in Medford and charged with first-offense DWI. According to police, Mathew fialed to maintain her lane of travel while driving on Route 112 in Medford.
