Crime Report: Police Make Multiple DWI Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jonathan Hammel, 21, of Shoreham, was arrested Feb. 25 in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. According to police, Hammel drove off the road and crashed into a tree at approximately 5:44 a.m. on North Country Road and left the scene of the accident.

Alexandra Ferreira, 23, of Miller Place, was arrested Feb. 24 in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. Ferreira was traveling northbound on Nicolls Road when she allegedly failed to maintain her lane and was stopped by police at 12:35 a.m.

Malinda Seeley, 36, of Stony Brook, was arrested Feb. 24 in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI. Seeley was traveling southbound on Nicolls Road when she allegedly failed to maintain her lane multiple times and was stopped by police at 2:47 a.m.

Henry Deboer, 49, of Stony Brook, was arrested Feb. 28 in Smithtown and charged with first-offense DWI. Deboer was arrested at 10:10 p.m. in front of 727 Veterans Highway in Smithtown, according to a police report.

James Hubbard, 44, of East Setauket, was arrested Feb. 26 and charged with first-degree criminal contempt of court, a felony. No other information was available.

James Martinez, 36, of Coram, was arrested Feb. 28 in Stony Brook and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Martinez stole sockets and ratchets from Lowes Home Improvements in Stony Brook.

Alexandria Randall, 22, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested Feb. 24 in Setauket and charged with petty larceny. According to police, Randall stole clothing and makeup from Walmart in Setauket.
