Crime Report: Police Make Multiple DWI, Drug-Related Arrests
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Dana Cassidy, 39, of Setauket, was arrested Dec. 17 near the intersection of Nesconset Highway and Old Town Road in Port Jefferson Station and charged with first-offense DWI, a misdemeanor.
Caroline Bennett, 40, of Stony Brook, was arrested Dec. 17 on Main Street in Patchogue and charged with possession of a hypodermic instrument, a misdemeanor.
Shawn Powe, 43, of Mt. Sinai, was arrested Dec. 18 in East Setauket and charged with petty larceny and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. Police said Powe had her 14-year-old daughter with her when she allegedly shoplifted from Wal-Mart.

Thomas Krajewski, 23, of East Setauket, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of a hypodermic instrument, all misdemeanors. Police arrested him at 7:55 p.m. on Rush Street in Port Jefferson Station.
Jacob Leeferlabriola, 19, of Setauket, was arrested Dec. 21 at 1:54 a.m. in Stony Brook and charged with first-offense DWI, a misdemeanor. Police pulled him over for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign while driving south on Thompson Hay Path at Route 25A.
