Crime Report: Police Make Multiple Drug, DWI Arrests

A blotter of the latest arrests in Three Village.

The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Tiffany Smith, 27, of Patchogue, was arrested March 30 in South Setauket and charged with petit larceny. Police said she allegedly stole merchandise from Target.

Douglas Dovale, 38, of Commack, was arrested March 30 in Stony Brook and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. It was his second offense. Police made the arrest after stopping him on Route 347.

Daniel Farrell, 49, of St. James, was arrested March 29 in South Setauket and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, 2nd degree. Police made the arrest after pulling him over near the intersection of Long Meadow Place and Lynhaven Place.

David Carter, 35, of East Setauket, was arrested March 29 in Port Jefferson Station and charged with six drug-related offenses. Police said Carter was allegedly in possession of hypodermic intruments, anabolic steroids, methodone, oxycodone, and cocaine.

Erick Polk, 31, of East Setauket, was arrested March 26 in Islip and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police said he refused to take a breath test and was arrested near the rear entrance of Islip High School.

Timothy Dolan, 52, of Stony Brook, was arrested March 23 in Bay Shore and charged with driving while intoxicated. Police made the arrest after pulling him over near the intersection of Fifth Avenue and Howells Road.

Peter Schnauder, 45, of Medford, was arrested March 25 in South Setauket and charged with petit larceny and violating an order of protection. Police said he allegedly stole items from Home Depot.

Joseph Fallica, 22, of East Setauket, was arrested March 23 in Stony Brook and charged with driving while intoxicated.

James Gillen, 44, of East Setauket, was arrested March 23 in Selden and charged with grand larceny. Police said he allegedly stole jewelry valued in excess of $3,000 from a home on Laurita Gate.

Christopher McQuade, 18, of Huntington, and Matthew Duffy, 19 of Huntington, were both arrested March 23 in Stony Brook and charged with harassment in the second degree. Police said the pair allegedly jumped on another male and punched him.

Nicholas Cipriano, 19, of Lake Ronkonkoma, was arrested March 22 in Stony Brook and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Police said he allegedly possessed oxycodone.
