Crime Report: Police Make Burglary, DWI Arrests

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Colleen Kendrick, 30, of Lake Grove, was arrested May 21 in connection with a May 1 incident at Kohl's in East Setauket. She is charged with third-degree burglary, a felony, after she allegedly stole merchandise at Kohl's in East Setauket. Police said Kendrick had previously signed a trespass agreement stating she is not allowed on the premises at any Kohl's location. Police reports did not specify what kind of merchandise was stolen, or why Kendrick had previously signed a trespass agreement with the department store. According to court records she also faces misdemeanor charges of third-degree forgery, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petty larceny, and is due back in court in July.

Nicole Crobak, 22, of Stony Brook, was arrested May 24 in Medford and charged with DWI, a misdemeanor. Police said she was involved in a car crash on Barbara Lane at 1:25 a.m. in Medford.

A resident of Cabin Lane in East Setauket reported May 22 that someone used a rock to shatter the rear driver's side window of a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe that was parked on the street sometime between 7 a.m. and 1 p.m.
