Crime Report: Police Make Arrests for DWI and Grand Larceny

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The Suffolk County Police Department's Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village between Aug. 12 and Aug. 17.

Ivan Medina, 33, of Selden, was arrested Aug. 17 in Setauket and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Reports state Medina was arrested for alleged unauthorized cash transactions used towards diesel fuel. Reports indicate the transactions were conducted at 255 Pond Path in Setauket between July 1 at 7 a.m. and Aug. 17 at 4 p.m.

Eric Heagle, 18, of Stony Brook, was arrested Aug. 14 in Setauket and charged with first offense DWI. Reports state Heagle crashed a 1999 Jeep Suburban on Old Coach Rd. in Setauket just south of Route 25A at approximately 1:10 a.m. Reports indicate that further investigation determined Heagle was allegedly driving while intoxicated.

Amy Zeunges, 45, of E. Northport, was arrested Aug. 14 in Setauket and charged with first offense DWI. Reports indicate Zeunges was arrested for allegedly crossing the double yellow line in a 2010 Chevy, westbound on Route 25A at Old Coach Rd. in Setauket at approximately 12:30 a.m. Reports indicate further investigation determined Zeunges was allegedly driving while intoxicated.
