Crime Report: Four Arrested for Impaired Driving

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Michael Panebianco, 21, of Centereach, was arrested Dec. 9 at about 2:08 a.m. and charged with DWAI. He was traveling southbound on Nicolls Road in Stony Brook when police stopped him for allegedly failing to maintain his lane.

Robert Conner, 25, of Nesconset, was arrested Dec. 9 at about 2:25 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was traveling south on Nicolls Road in Stony Brook and was observed by police when he allegedly failed to move over into an unoccupied lane when passing an emergency vehicle.

Shane Brady, 27, of Shirley, was arrested Dec. 10 at about 2:40 a.m. and charged with first offense DWI. He was allegedly making a left turn on Route 25A in Stony Brook when he was involved in a motor vehicle accident.

Reilly Zandes, 22, of Stony Brook, was arrested Dec. 13 at about 10 p.m. and charged with third degree assault for allegedly punching a man in the face near the intersection of Main Street and Gnarled Hollow Road in Setauket, causing lacerations. The victim was taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center.

Leslie Chason, 37, of East Setauket, was arrested Dec. 8 at about 5:07 p.m. and charged with petty larceny. She allegedly took cologne from Macy's in the Smith Haven Mall.
