Crime Report: Menacing, Petit Larceny, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance

A blotter of the latest arrests in Three Village.

The Suffolk County Police Department's Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village between Jan. 9–16:

Thomas Concolino, 34, of Setauket was arrested Jan. 12 in Selden and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and resisting arrest. Reports state Concolino was arrested on Boyle Road.    

Cherylann Maklos, 46, of Stony Brook was arrested Jan. 11 in Stony Brook and charged with second degree harassment and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Joseph Barton, 45, of Stony Brook was arrested Jan. 11 in Stony Brook and charged with second degree harassment and menacing. Reports state Barton was arrested after he allegedly waved a knife at an unknown person. 

Santos Ponce, 32, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Jan. 11 in Setauket and charged with petit larceny. Reports state Ponce was arrested on Route 347 after he allegedly stole CDs from Walmart, located in South Setauket.

Suzanne Driscoll, 44, of Port Jefferson was arrested Jan. 9 in Stony Brook and charged with petit larceny. Reports state Driscoll was arrested after she allegedly stole clothing from Marshall's, located on Nesconset Highway in Stony Brook. 

Charles Montalbano, 37, of Coram was arrested Jan. 9 in Stony Brook and charged with criminal mischief. Reports state Montalbano was arrested at Stony Brook University.   

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
