Crime Report: Pot Arrest, Petty Larceny

The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Jay Lewis, 18, of Setauket, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police observed him in a parked SUV at Setauket Harbor Road and Shore Road, allegedly with marijuana in his possession.

Mitchell Calliste, 21, of Selden, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with petty larceny. Calliste, an employee of Kohl's in Setauket, allegedly put money in his pocket that belonged in the cash register.

Chun Chee, 21, of Stony Brook, was arrested Nov. 3 and charged with petty larceny. Chee allegedly stole various grocery items from Waldbaum's in Stony Brook.

Cesar Terrerofiorentino, 21, of Setauket, was arrested Nov. 2 in connection with an incident that occurred in July. Terrerofiorentino allegedly crashed into a parked car and fled the scene of the accident on the afternon of July 11 at Stop & Shop on Route 25A in Setauket.

A 17-year-old boy from Setauket was arrested Nov. 2 and charged with petty larceny for the alleged theft of spray paint from Walmart.

Thomas Grauwiler, 20, of East Setauket, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with violating an order of protection.

Richard Benintendi, 48, of Stony Brook, was arrested Oct. 27 and charged with second degree harassment. Benintendi allegedly punched someone in the face during a work-related argument at a business on Hoffman Lane in Islandia.
