Crime Report: Man Arrested for Placing Fake Pizza Orders
John Belmonte allegedly made 10 harassing and threatening phone calls to a Stony Brook pizzeria.
The following arrest information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Suffolk County Police Department's Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village during July 6-14.
John Belmonte, 54, of Islip, was arrested July 14 and charged with second-degree aggravated harassment. According to police reports, Belmonte allegedly made 10 harassing phone calls to Station Pizza in Stony Brook, including placing fake orders and a threatening call.

Patricia Oliver, 33, of Selden, was arrested July 14 in Setauket and charged with five counts of second-degree forgery. According to police reports, Oliver allegedly forged signatures on five checks.
Columbus Smith, Jr., 48, of South Setauket, was arrested July 7 in Selden and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Reports state Smith allegedly stole a man’s wallet from the checkout counter at a Waldbaums store and attempted to use a credit card at a liquor store.

Bilal Raja, 19, of East Setauket, and Ramy Noaman, 20, of East Setauket, were arrested July 6 in Belle Terre and charged with trespassing. Reports indicate Raja and Noaman allegedly climbed a hill on private property on Belle Circle in Belle Terre where “No Trespassing” signs were posted.
