How many times does Thomas Touch need to be arrested in our community for harassing its' citizens and young girls before a judge locks him up for more than a few days. I hope patch.com post his court dates so that people in the community may voice their opinions to urge the next judge to keep him away from our community and more importantly, our children!

I agree. I once witnessed him harassing a group of teens at West Meadow. As they were becoming increasingly more uncomfortable, myself and another gentleman stepped in. He only moved down the beach to choose more prey. It wasn't long before police arrived.
