Crime Report: Arrests Made for Petit Larceny, Grand Larceny, and DWI

A blotter of the latest arrests and incidents in Three Village.

The Suffolk County Police Department's Sixth Precinct reported these arrests in Three Village from Feb. 22 – 28.

Nina Montijo, 23, of South Setauket was arrested Feb. 28 in Selden and charged with fourth degree grand larceny. Reports state Montijo allegedly removed assorted jewelry from a home.    

Joseph Ohea, 19, of East Setauket was arrested Feb. 26 in Stony Brook and charged with first offense DWI. Reports state Ohea was traveling southbound on Nicolls Rd. at approximately 3:15 a.m. when an officer noticed he failed to stay in a lane. Upon being stopped, reports indicate the officer discovered Ohea was allegedly intoxicated.

Robert Tolley, 23, of Port Jefferson Station was arrested Feb. 23 in South Setauket and charged with petit larceny. Reports state Tolley allegedly stole two cases of Ensure from the Walmart in South Setauket.    

Alexander Incorvia, 20, of East Setauket was arrested Feb. 22 in East Setauket and charged with fourth degree criminal possession of a weapon. Reports indicate Incorvia was allegedly involved in a confrontation at approximately 8:40 p.m.

None of the defendants have been convicted of a crime, but were arrested for the charges listed above. They are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.  If any of the above charges have been acquitted, one must e-mail the writer and provide proof of dismissal.
