In 2012, Three Village saw its fair share of interesting, important or controversial issues come to light. For instance, the idea of developing the area around Stony Brook's LIRR station into a vibrant downtown is one such example. And a host of hot topics surrounded the 2012 school budget process after the community failed to support an over-the-tax-cap budget for the 2012-13 school year.
No doubt 2013 will see its fair share of developments as well. But for now, let's talk about what's left over from 2012 that still needs to be resolved.
