Corner of Gnarled Hollow Road and Sheep Pasture

Years ago someone cleared the land on the corner of Gnarled Hollow and Sheep Pasture, the foundation was put in for what looks like a house and was left undone. It is now an eyesore, overgrown, orange fence, graffiti. Yet homeowners who take care of their homes to keep our area beautiful are taxed ridiculous taxes and fined for taking down too many trees that were either blown down in storms or dead. I just do not understand the Town of Brookhaven and their logic in what is OK and what is not? Who is responsible for letting this property look this way and who is responsible to get it looking the way it should?
