Despite the market being down, homes in Three Village are still moving.
In the past six weeks, 15 homes have sold in the Three Village area, according to AOL Real Estate. A 2,443-square-foot Colonial with five bedrooms and 4 bathrooms fetched $399,000, and a 1956 ranch with three bedrooms and three bathrooms closed for $400,000.
