Generously sponsored by the Artist Advisory Council

Gallery North proudly presents the winners of our 47th Annual Outdoor Art Show. This outstanding group of 12 artists and artisans was selected from over 135 participants during our annual weekend festival. Winners were selected to contribute to this exhibition based on merit, originality, and outstanding quality of workmanship and juried by Fred Badalamenti, Jan La Roche and Nancy Bueti-Randall. We strongly invite everyone to come and experience new work by this exceptional group of local artists and artisans including: Christina Bjenning (Jewelry), Karen Kemp (Printmaking & Drawing), Don Lindsley (Woodwork), Schery Markee Sullivan (Watercolor), Nedialka Markova (Glass Art), Jeremy Moss (Nature Photography), Denise Randall (Pottery), Annabelle Gay Reboli (Figurative Photography), Doug Reina (Painting, Oil & Acrylic), Harvey Rogosin (Pastel), Eugene Perry (Sculpture), and Mary Jane Van Zeijts (Best in Show).

In addition to the invitation to this exclusive exhibition, each winner received a sponsored prize. The generous donors who made these prizes possible include Barbara & Edward Beltrami, Robin & Doug Dahlgard, Gail & Hasty Habicht, Jennifer Huntley, Barbara & Al Jordan, Francis P. Kelly, Natalia & Paul Lamb, Norma & Paul Michael, Nancy Bueti & Paul Randall, Hal Usher (in memory of his brother Rick), Drs. Linda and Stephen Vlay, and Printing Plus. We appreciate their generosity, which has enabled us to reward these extraordinary artists.

The success of the Annual Outdoor Art Show comes from the wonderful support of our many volunteers and generous donors. This festival is one of the ways Gallery North fulfills its mission to showcase the vibrant creativity of the many artists and craftspeople of Long Island and nearby areas, and to enhance the lives of young and old with the lively process of creating and thinking about the arts. Engaging in the arts is valuable for everyone. Join Gallery North for ArTrips, ArTalks, Workshops, Classes for all ages, Exhibitions and more!

I agree..maybe that is one of the reasons road pavement safety lines and striping esp. in the 3VRead More area are virtually non existent!! VERY DANGEROUS CONDITION that leaves the TOWN OF BROOKHAVEN liable involving accidents and fatalities. I think the new T.O.B. highway super, (D. L.) should make this a priority!

So, essentially that first residential home is being written off as the price of doing business.Read More There goes that property value. Other than as a professional residence, who would want to live by a driveway for that traffic? As for the entrance Village Automotive, that will bring even more traffic to an already busy intersection nearby. 25A is impassable/impossible in that area for large chunks of the day now.

The rezoning is for the acres of undeveloped residential land across from Ann Maries Farm stand,Read More extending down to the wooded area on 25A. A one way entrance would be placed by Village Automotive and a one way exit would come out on N. Country Rd. adjacent to the first residential house.

Can you tell us where this property is? An address or street name?
