If you would like a specific appointment time, call 631-941-4080 or register in-person at the Reference Desk. Walk-ins are welcomed. 1:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Remember to bring a valid photo or signature ID. In order to donate, you must weigh at least 110 lb, no tattoos within the past 12 months, be at least 16 years old (16 year olds need parental consent and those 76 years of age and older need a doctor's note). Please eat and keep hydrated prior to your appointment.
