Join us for a Blood Drive run by Long Island Blood Services, a division of the New York Blood Center. Blood donors must be between the ages of 16-75; 16 year-olds must have a permission form signed by their parent, 76+ must have a doctor’s note; donors need to weigh a minimum of 110 pounds and be in general good health. Anyone who has gotten a tattoo in the last year is ineligible. Donors must eat well (low fat) and drink fluids that day. All presenting donors will be entered into a sweepstakes for one pair of tickets to Super Bowl XLVIII. At the time of donation, donors must present ID with signature or photo, as well as their social security number. This program is open to all Suffolk County residents who meet the qualifications.
