Triple Flu Defense, the Flu, and the Common Cold

The best way to manage a cold is to not get it in the first place.

Triple Flu Defense is taken once per week for optimum defense throughout the flu season – October to May – and can be started at any time. If you are experiencing flu symptoms, it is taken 3 times per day until symptoms subside. It is a natural homeopathic formula that is safe for the entire family.

There are many different influenza viruses and they are continually mutating to form new strains. Just like with the flu vaccine, what worked in previous years may not work well during the current flu season. Using CDC*, WHO** and patient data, we take the extra time and expense to reformulate each year for maximum effectiveness in fighting the current influenza viruses.

Other natural flu formulas take either a “single” or “kitchen sink” approach. The “single” approach focuses on just one homeopathic remedy or herbal ingredient. This leaves some cases vulnerable. The “kitchen sink” approach includes many, non-specific remedies which actually minimize the efficacy of the formula. Dr. Nenninger’s experience shows that neither approach is as effective as a targeted combination formula based on the most current data on influenza viruses.

Homeopathy has been practiced across the globe for over 200 years. Homeopathy uses a safe, natural approach to medicine that strengthens the body’s immune system and innate healing response. Homeopathic remedies, unlike conventional drugs such as antibiotics, do not kill germs but rather stimulate the immune system to do the healing. That is why germs can never develop a resistance to homeopathic remedies.

Colds are some of the most prevalent infections worldwide. They have people running to drug stores and reaching for pharmaceuticals, causing further imbalance in the body, not to mention wasting money and resources. However, given a proper understanding of how the common cold & Flu work, people are able to prevent or treat this ailment in the most beneficial, and natural of ways.

Colds are classified as an upper respiratory infection (URI) and exhibits a collection of symptoms. The most common include nose and throat irritations, like a runny or stuffy nose and cough. What limits so many people in how they approach this condition, is a lack of properly understanding it. For starters, colds are caused by viruses, not bacteria. Viruses and bacteria are as different as computers and elephants. Although they have some things in common, viruses generally do not respond to measures that work on bacteria. Therefore, using anti-bacterial soaps or antibiotics, which are both intended for bacteria, is useless. Viruses are not alive in the typical sense that a cell is, therefore, we cannot 'kill' them. The best way to deal with viruses is to limit our exposure to them and have our body's immune system "disassemble" them. Over the counter cold medications do not cure colds, they just suppress the symptoms. It is; therefore, prudent to know that going out to buy typical cold medications, anti-bacterial soaps or drugs like antibiotics, is generally a waste of money and further damage to health. The best thing we can do to manage, alleviate or decrease the chances of a cold is work on boosting our immune system - and not just when a cold strikes, but year round.

The best way to manage a cold is to not get it in the first place. This is possible by adopting optimally healthy lifestyle habits. Eating a diet based on whole, natural plant food is key. Fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices offer the most natural vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to protect and strengthen our immune system. Additionally, drinking enough pure water, having regular movement, effective stress relief, exposure to fresh air and sun for optimal vitamin D levels are of key importance as well.

So, essentially that first residential home is being written off as the price of doing business.Read More There goes that property value. Other than as a professional residence, who would want to live by a driveway for that traffic? As for the entrance Village Automotive, that will bring even more traffic to an already busy intersection nearby. 25A is impassable/impossible in that area for large chunks of the day now.

The rezoning is for the acres of undeveloped residential land across from Ann Maries Farm stand,Read More extending down to the wooded area on 25A. A one way entrance would be placed by Village Automotive and a one way exit would come out on N. Country Rd. adjacent to the first residential house.

Can you tell us where this property is? An address or street name?

Seriously? We are asked to send in enough supplies per kid each year to supply 5 kids. Where does itRead More all go? It gets lost, thrown out, or ends up back in the students home via backpack. The problem is not the lack of supplies, but a lack of personal responsibility. But if we send in enough supplies each year for ten or fifteen students, then we might be able to avoid the underlying problem.

everyone should research what all the school administrators are raking in and the multple levels ofRead More staff that exists at TVCSD. It is beyond reasonable to have salaries at that level and multiple administrators and assistants and directors and assistant directors and chairman etc. Teachers earn their fair share!

Another 60,70,80 to be laid off? My vote is NO!!!!
