ViewFinder: The Birth of Life at Mill Pond
A local photographer chronicles the stages of cygnets' birth, from clutch to care.
The Mill Pond is a favorite spot for community members to spend time with their families and enjoy the good weather. It's rare, though, that one can witness one of the pond's inhabitants – in this case, a swan – laying a clutch of eggs and in the end, caring for her young.
