Ssambap Korean BBQ is one of the newest eateries to join Three Village's culinary landscape. But when you dine there, you're doing more than eating a meal – you're also having an experience: at Ssambap, diners can choose to cook their own meals on a tabletop grill.
If you've chosen that option, you'll select from a list of main items that includes duck, chicken, short ribs, rib-eye, pork, and more. It will arrive at your table prepped for cooking – and ready for you to pluck it off the plate, pop it on the grill, and watch it sizzle until it's ready.
Once it's done, you can wrap it up with toppings such as bean paste in either a lettuce wrap (called a ssam) or add rice to the mix (ssambap).
