Question of the Day: How Do You Get Your Exercise?

In the water, by bike, on foot? There are plenty of ways to stay active.

Living where we live, there are innumerable options when it comes to exercise. The Paul Simons bike trail on the Stony Brook campus is open to the public. There are challenging hills on which you can train for 5K or simply get your heart rate going. The Long Island Sound is inviting for an open water swim. There's even Raynor Park, which hosts softball leagues throughout the week.
