May 31: Wrestling and Community Service Recognition

1. Because of camps like the RaZor Wrestling Summer Program which begins tomorrow at Ward Melville, Long Island is the top wrestling area in New York State. Sign up to get coached by accomplished wrestlers and teachers, including Ted DiPasquale, Matt Sganga and Rob Cuffie.

2. If you're through with cooking after a weekend of grilling and hosting family, Mirabelle hosts Tap & App Tuesdays – $5 for an appetizer, $3 for tap beer after happy hour.

3. The Setauket PTA holds its Presidential Service Awards night, recognizing children, adults and families who have made a commitment to community service. Kids aged 5-14 will receive awards for performing at least 50 hours; the Gold Level Award-winning families have performed at least 1,000.
