As the saying goes, the more the merrier. And it's certainly the season to be merry.
If your organization, school, business, or group is planning a holiday event in Stony Brook, the Setaukets, or the local villages, and you'd like to invite the community to come, posting it to our event calendar is a great way to do so.
Here's how you do it:
- Log in to Patch, or join by clicking here.
- Click here to go to our event calendar.
- Click "Add an Event" on the right side of the page.
- Follow the steps, and click "Post my Event" when you're all done.
Then your event is live in the calendar for all of Three Village to see. You can use the URL to share it with your friends on Facebook, and on the day of your event, our readers will see it in our newsletter and on our home page.
