Aug. 3: Check Out an Origami Festival and other Exhibits

If you're into art, Wednesday is your lucky day.

Three Village is one creative town. You can find three separate arts exhibits happening, plus a fourth one at the on weekends.

1. At the Wang Center at Stony Brook University, the Origami Heaven festival is set for 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. Check out the for detailed information. If you can't make it, you can still check out an origami exhibition through Friday.

2. Another art exhibit in town is the display at Gallery North, which is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.

3. And a third exhibit in Three Village is at the Ward Melville Heritage Organization's Educational and Cultural Center. Check out a preview of which is on display from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. each weekday.

4. On Tuesday, our question of the day asked whether back-to-school time was on your mind yet. It's on the minds of the Three Village Kiwanis club, which is sponsoring a to help kids in need this coming fall.
