April 19: See What's Out There

Here's what's on the menu for Three Village on Tuesday.

Up here on the north shore, the temperatures are climbing northward as well. Whether you're out in the sun or indoors because of the rain that's slated for Tuesday, the Three Village Area has plenty to keep you busy.

1. The kids get a respite from their homework, and it's Spring Break at West Meadow Beach in Setauket. This afternoon, kids can take part in a , discovering items on their Beach Bingo card. Kids aged 3 through 7 can take part with their parents.

2. Bring the kiddies over to Benner's Farm for as well as a neat educational experience. Not only are their games and other exciting activities, your child can learn how start their own gardens, watch chickens hatch and more.

3. If you're looking for a (and on a budget), look no further than The Velvet Lounge. While the DJ spins the tunes, you can take advantage of some sweet drink specials. 

4. Eight days of Passover and Easter Weekend means that Three Village is buzzing with activity. The area's places of worship are busy as well. Visit Three Village Patch on Tuesday for a comprehensive schedule of services at our religious institutions.

5. It's National Garlic Day, a fact that might make food connoisseurs rejoice and your resident vampires recoil. If you're among the former, swing by a place like on Nesconset Highway and enjoy some fine Italian cuisine. If you're a vampire, well, you're on your own for dinner plans.
