#82 - Enjoy Raynor Park
With softball fields, a playground, picnic area and more, it's fun for everyone.
Right off Route 347/Nesconset Highway in South Setauket, Percy Raynor Park offers all kinds of activities, no matter your age.
For the kids, it has a good-sized playground that is complete with slides, climbing walls, ladders and space to move around, and it also has educational features like a United States map and a board featuring the alphabet in sign language. Just off the playground is a vast patio area that is shaded, perfect for lunch.
Raynor also has two softball diamonds as well as two all-purpose fields. Whether you're in a softball league, want to kick the ball around or toss a frisbee, there's plenty of space to maneuver.
