WATCH: Miller's Ale House Takes Shape
Construction moving along at site across from Smith Haven Mall.
What was once a local eyesors is soon becoming another restaurant for the area, as construction of Miller's Ale House in Lake Grove is moving along by the day.
The restaurant is being being built on the former site of Houlihan's, which fell vacant after ownes decided to shutter the business.
Locals initially suggested the site as a better alternative to Sonic Restaurant's proposal to open in Nesconset, a plan that was rejected by the Town of Smithtown.
