Shopping Center Awaits New Tenants [Empty in Three Village]

Renovations are under way at the old Tudor Village Center, now known as Coventry Commons, which some of the current tenants say used to thrive. Property manager George Tsunis has taken an if-you-build-it-they-will-come approach to updating the aging shopping center, in which multiple vacancies exist.

Since the building is zoned as J-2, the types of businesses that can legally move in include dance and martial arts schools, bowling alleys, laundromats, retail stores, and other "neighborhood businesses."
