Television repair shop AA Focus TV Service spent more than 30 years in business in Setauket, but closed its doors in January of 2010 following the owner's death in November of 2009, according to a nearby shop owner. Looking through the window, multiple shelves remain in the front of the space. The storefront, approximately 1,000 square feet in size, shares a building with . Its leasing agent is David Madigan of Sperry Van Ness Long Island. When AA Focus TV Service closed, it left Lindenhurst, Bay Shore, and Bayport as the nearest towns with a television repair business, according to a search at TVRepairMan.com. The owner was an excellent TV technician, repairman,and a gentleman a great loss to the community. I guess a similar business might do well at this location, maybe even computer repairs?
