Bottle Blowout is located on Nesconset Highway in East Setauket near Waldbaum's, making it a convenient stop in which you could pick up wine and liquor as well as party snacks and dishes.
In business for nearly 20 years, Waverly recently rolled out a new website and can be found in person near Stop & Shop in East Setauket.

This shop opened in May of 2011 in the Stony Brook Village Center, carries a variety of red, white, and sparkling wines, and also hosts wine tastings.

The only way to get fresher beer than buying it at a brewery would be to brew it your own. Keep an eye out around Christmas for the Surge Protector IPA, which PJBC donated to and will benefit Long Islanders hit by Hurricane Sandy.
