Summer Truffle Festival at Mirabelle Restaurant

Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn launches a “Summer Truffle Festival,” every Friday and Saturday night, starting June 22..  Chef Guy Reuge will demonstrate his distinguished creativity while featuring a menu focused on the highly-prized food.  The menu will change under Chef Reuge’s direction as he challenges his creativity with each mushroom truffle offering.  The cost is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity.  A sample menu is as follows:
