Mirabelle Restaurant Introduces February "Cooking Lessons With Guy Reuge" at Three Village Inn

Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn presents bi-monthly themed cooking courses titled “Cooking Lessons with Guy Reuge,” which will feature recipes to be compiled for a cookbook.  The theme for February 2012 is the art of making sausage and pâté.  Students will have two opportunities to catch the same class with the first lesson on Thursday, February 9 and Thursday, February 23 from 6:30 until 10 p.m.

The class includes wine and an informal tasting of the food that is prepared.  The cost is $85 per class or $320 for four classes.  Each three-hour class is limited to 25 people.  Early registration is recommended.
