Vine 2 Wine will be offering tastes of Puntapays Mendoza Malbec 2010 as well as Wyatt Cabernet Sauvignon 2010. The Puntapays is considerably, but not excessively oaked, but the red fruit accents come through more perceptibly. The required care to keep the quality present as a premise is expressed by a great balance between the fruit notes and those of the wood. This wine has outstanding structural complexity.
The Wyatt Cabernet was fermented and aged in 90% stainless steel tank, the remaining 10% in oak barrels. The wine has a breadth and richness without overpowering at all; the finish is smooth and lingers with notes of juicy red and black fruits.
