On Saturday, September 22, Vine 2 Wine will host a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing event from 3-6pm. We will be tasting Wilson Daniels Central Coast Pinot Noir 2010 as well as Mauro Veglio Barolo Catalletto 2007. The Pinot Noir boasts strawberry and fresh Bing cherry aromas that lead to exotic berry and Asian spice flavors. This wine’s true varietal character is demonstrated in its silky body and smooth finish. The Barolo's textbook aromas of tar and rose are augmented by a bright beam of cherry in this stylish red. The structure shows on the finish, this wine is delicious now, and will only improve with time, through about 2030. There's fine length, with a sweet fruit finish. This Barolo is composed of Dolcetto d’Alba, Barbera d’Alba and Nebbiolo. We look forward to seeing you there!
