Stop into Vine to Wine between 3 and 6pm on Saturday, August 11 for a complimentary wine tasting and cheese pairing. This tasting will feature Monde Eau Chardonnay 2010 as well as Beckman Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2009. The Chardonnay boasts aromatics of honeycomb and smoky toast flavors, which are joined on the palate by layers of Golden Delicions apples and vanilla. The abundant minerality brings a textural quality to the wine, rounded out with dramatic balance and an intense, lingering finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% estate grown fruit. It's pale, crimson color gives way to herbal, earthy red fruit aromas and a medium palate. It's chalky tannins with flavors of dark fruit and spice lead to an ending with a dusty earthy flavor.
