Burlington Coat Factory to Relocate to Stony Brook

Discount coat and clothing chain will occupy former Linens 'n Things location.

Burlington Coat Factory in Lake Grove will soon relocate to Stony Brook to take over the storefront formerly occupied by Linens 'n Things at 2199 Nesconset Highway.

Construction permits posted in the incoming store's windows show the discount coat and clothing store will be moving in. An employee at the current Lake Grove location confirmed the move, saying the store is slated to open sometime in September.

Company representatives could not be reached for comment.
