Mick Foley Debuts New Comic Book

East Setauket native Mick Foley has already , but now, he's branched into yet another media realm.

The four time champion heavyweight wrestler and bestselling author debuted a new comic book series on Wednesday entitled R.P.M.

The storyline surrounds a man named Revere Windsor, a descendent of Paul Revere, whose near-superpower of hyperkinetic depth perception makes him the perfect candidate to transport a priceless package from Boston to Miami for a mysterious corporation.

A spokesman for Alabama-based publisher 12 Gauge Comics said Foley's comic is a four-issue limited monthly series that has been in development for a little more than a year.

Foley's publicist said Wednesday he is in Europe and could not immediately be reached for comment.
