STARRY NIGHT AT STALLER CENTER: MARCH CONCERT

It's only 58 steps from the home of Stony Brook's acclaimed Music Department to the Staller Center Recital Hall. For the world-class musicians crossing the plaza, this contrasts with their extensive world travels—from Japan to New Zealand, Los Angeles to Vienna, London to Hong Kong, playing prestigious concert halls. Joined by graduate students, many of whom are rising stars in the music world, you'll enjoy a delightful concert with selections specially chosen for the evening by the artistic director of the Starry Nights concerts, Colin Carr.

The artists at Stony Brook will share their talent and musical favorites. Soovin Kim, violin; Daniel Panner, viola; and Colin Carr, cello, are among them, performing the Mozart String Quintet in C Major K515 and Brahms Piano Quartet in G minor, Op. 25. See the stars of Stony Brook come out and shine in this "Starry Night" concert.

Program is subject to change.
