Showcasing one of the greatest contemporary voices of our time, Linda Eder's diverse repertoire spans Broadway, standards, pop and jazz. Classic songs from Garland, Streisand, Sinatra and many more music icons will be featured in "An Evening with Linda Eder." Her powerful, soaring voice will bring an eclectic mix of show tunes to life.
Her leading role as Lucy Harris in Jekyll and Hyde was a role she played in over 900 performances across the country before the show landed on Broadway. She starred on Broadway for 16 months, winning a Drama Desk Award for Best Actress.
Linda launched her recording career in 1991 with a self-titled debut album. Since then she has recorded and produced twelve solo albums—each a blend of songs showcasing her extravagant vocal gifts. The concert stage remains the mainstay of Linda Eder's career and she has performed at Carnegie Hall, The Kennedy Center, Davies Hall, Radio City Music Hall, Wolftrap and the Ravinia Festival and has collaborated with Marvin Hamlisch, Michael Feinstein and Keith Lockhart, conductor of the Boston Pops Orchestra.
