Our instructor, watercolorist, Elizabeth Greaf, will guide you through the following information:

Seeing and understanding the uniqueness of artist paint colors

Selecting the right paint color from the many colors available to the artists

Mixing paints to arrive at the color you need

Bright, clear color; muted neutral color

The moods of color combinations

Warm Color ---- Cool Color

Near color --- Far color

Color of Shadows

Develop multiple charts to help you see the unique aspects of the colors in your palette and to learn how to mix to get the results you want.

Build color wheels to help you understand the basics of color theory.

Take home information and the reference material that you create to help you plan color for your artwork.
