KATHARINE MCPHEE: Live at the Staller Center

Katharine McPhee, the singing sensation of American Idol Season Five who mesmerized millions with her heart-stirring rendition of "Over the Rainbow," comes to Staller Center for an exclusive evening of song. Her self-titled solo album, Katharine McPhee, debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard Top 200 in 2007, and its first single, "Over It" was a Pop Top 30 hit, certified Gold in 2008. This talented pop singer-songwriter-actress has appeared on PBS TV's Great Performances productions singing two duets with Andrea Bocelli, premiered her hit single, "Say Goodbye," as a character on TV's CSI: New York, and co-starred with Anna Faris in the movie, The House Bunny.

Along the way she transformed from a long-haired brunette to a sultry blonde, and co-wrote her second album, Unbroken, which debuted in January and sold 15,000 copies in its first week alone. McPhee's clear supple voice and contemporary sound will delight you—her lush melodies resonate with emotion. She'll also have some surprises sung for pure fun!
