Oct. 29: Spooky Fun, Internship Fair and More

Here's what's happening in Three Village today.

Grab your costume and get out the door, because the local Halloween fun starts Friday in Three Village. But even if the spooky holiday isn't your thing, there's plenty still to do.

1. Ward Melville High School's Trick or Treat Street kicks off today at 4:30 p.m. Students can enjoy a safe place to show off their costumes and consume junk food with friends. Click here for a full list of Halloween events in and around Three Village.

2. A chilling theatrical performance is ongoing at the Mills Pond House in Smithtown. Qualia: Origins of the Undead takes viewers back to the Victorian era rise of zombie mythology in shows at 6 p.m., 7:45 p.m., and 9:30 p.m.

3. It's Friday Night at the Movies for kids at Emma S. Clark Memorial Library at 6:30 p.m. Call the library at 631-941-4080 for more information on film selection and age requirements.

4. An internship fair for female and minority students will take place at Stony Brook at 12:30 p.m. at the Student Activities Center. Employers of interns from throughout the tri-state area will be in attendance.
