What do you think of the protests?

The Occupy Wall Street protests have been in the middle of a media storm for the past month. With offshoots spreading to other cities and parts of Long Island, we asked some Three Villagers what they think of the protest.

"I think it's very important, very positive. I agree with everything they said so far. I wish they would indict some of the corrupt bankers responsible. I'm glad to see it's growing." –Tamara Slobodkin

"I agree with it, I'm not sure where it's going to end. I wish the politicians would get behind it." –Flo Kemp

"I think it's long overdue, I could say it's 30 years overdue, but it's at least ten years. We've become a polarized society. Half a percent have been manipulating society, where the super majority is struggling to survive. Usually the super majority rules." –Lloyd Forman

"I think it's valuable what they're doing, but I don't think it's going to change anything." –Laura McCoy

"I think they have a point, and I think it's a good point, but I'm not sure how they're going to acheive it in the long term. With the reports of police brutality, I'm surprised there hasn't been any rioting." –Nikki Wertheim
