Found a Book on Amazon? Browser Add-on Lets You Search Emma Clark Library First

Library bloggger tells about a cool new tool for the bookish in Three Village.

Have you ever been browsing Amazon and then thought: I wonder if I can just check this book out from the library instead?

According to a recent blog post from Emma Clark Library tech guy Robert Johnson, now you can.

"If you've ever wanted to see whether a book is available at Emma Clark Library while you browse for books on Amazon.com, Library Extension has an answer for you," he wrote.

The little application (called an extension) for Google's Chrome web browser checks the library's online catalog for a book you are looking at on Amazon and then displays the availability of that title says Johnson.
