Attention fans of Red Hot Chili Peppers and alumni of Ward Melville High School: you might want to check out the tribute band Soul to Squeeze, in which Class of 2006 graduate Dan Singer plays.
The band will perform a show at 89 North, located at 89 North Ocean Ave. in Patchogue, today at 11 p.m.
"We all love the music of the RHCP and have a lot of fun playing their music," Singer said. "... and people should plan to sing along and dance with us, as we like to engage the crowd."
The venue has described Soul to Squeeze as "one of the East Coast's most captivating tribute acts and are rapidly gaining a loyal following," with a show featuring a combination of video and strobe light effects.
Soul to Squeeze will share the bill with The Native Alien Tribe, The Liza Colby Sound, and The Bedrockers. Cover charge is $5 and the doors open at 5 p.m.
