Here's what's happening Friday in Three Village.

This past week, we brought you reports on , an uptick in , new metro-area , and updated for the local public school district. What's in store for you today?

1. Two exhibits are open at the Three Village Historical Society: which focuses on captains' wives who joined their husbands at sea, and both open on Sundays.

2. The Stony Brook men's lacrosse team, ranked No. 15 in the nation, will take on UMBC at 7 p.m. in a conference opener for both teams. If you can't make it down to , the game will air on CBS College TV network.
